Dartmoor
All of my work is inspired by the landscape, and once in a while, I find myself going back to my roots as a Landscape Painter. It just happens and has to be done, somehow, it re-grounds me. This piece is depicting Dartmoor rather than my usual work depicting my feelings for a place.

It is a particular spot that I return to often and is from memory. After one of my many trips onto the moors.

I have worked in oils on a wooden panel using various materials for mark-making

A signed Certificate of authenticity will be included with the painting
signed on the back and ready to hang UV Protected
the surround can be painted grey, white or black you choose
From my latest series of works entitled 'being amongst the winged'
The work is in oil on wooden panel, with a variety of mediums for the mark-making
I hope you enjoy them

Oil on wooden panel, 12" x 12"
I use oil pastel, oil sticks, markers and scrapers charcoal and pigment sticks, newspaper and graphite to make marks whichever fits the moment
