Magic in the Air
Soft blues and muted greys drift across the board, intersected by delicate lines that suggest movement, connection, and the invisible threads that bind place to feeling. Two quiet zones of intensity—one grounded, one aloft—echo the rhythm of land and sky. Faint traces of text hover near the surface, half-remembered, half-erased. A moment of quiet enchantment, where the ordinary becomes briefly luminous.
I use oil pastels, oil sticks, markers, scrapers, charcoal, and pigment sticks, as well as newspaper and graphite, to make marks that fit the moment.
UV protected, signed on the back. The work is on a plywood panel and is ready to hang. No further framing is needed.
