Breath of Fresh Air
A soft field of ochre and pale gold gathers into a concentrated flare of ember red, echoing the quiet intensity of light over the hills. Fine, organic lines drift outward like wind patterns or the memory of movement across the land. The painting holds a moment of release—a gentle exhale in the hush of open space
I use oil pastels, oil sticks, markers, scrapers, charcoal, pigment sticks, newspaper, and graphite to make marks, whichever fits the moment.
UV protected, signed on the back. The work is on a plywood panel and is ready to hang. No further framing is needed.
